When I was interested in selling my house about 4 years ago, Diane met with me and told me it was not a good time sell as the area of the city where the house was located had not yet recovered from the 2009 recession. She was more interested in doing what was right than making a sale. This year the housing values returned to the Cooper Park neighborhood. Diane met with me again and provided great advice on projects that needed attention, and simple cosmetic changes that would be helpful.
